Work Order Receiving / Waste Acceptance (Mobile App)

Containers that have been labelled for a Work Order can be accepted or rejected via the Waste Acceptance function.

You are required to scan the Container ID of each container being accepted / rejected. A unique Container ID is printed on each label that is printed for a Work Order.

By specifying the Container ID the system can automatically determine fixed properties of the container, such as the Container TypeWaste Profile and weight/volume of waste in the container.

Other properties, such as the Consignment # and Treatment Route, may be fixed or variable, depending on whether such values have been specified on the Work Order or not. Even if they have been specified on the Work Order the user still has the option to specify different values, if the program configuration allows.

There may be special instructions you want the user to be informed of at the point of accepting the waste. If any such instructions are associated with the Work Order then these will be displayed on the Special Instructions tab and automatically brought to the attention of the user.

Clicking on Accept receives the container into inventory.
Clicking on Reject indicates you're not going to be receiving the container into inventory.

If accepting a container then you are required to select the Target Zone you accept the container into.

The Upload button is to send the details of the inventory you have received to a Business Management System, if applicable.
