Stock Checking (Mobile App)
A stock check is performed via the Stock Check function on the Mobile App. Stock checks are performed at the Zone level. The purpose of a stock check is to reconcile the location of containers and to flag them as found if they are flagged as missing. The results of a stock check are applied to the inventory via the Web App.
You are required to select the Zone you wish to stock check.
You can stock-check the containers within the selected Zone by two methods, Batch or Container.
By Batch, you select the desired Batch and the containers associated with that Batch will be registered as having been stock-checked for the selected Zone.
By Container, the container for each of the Container IDs you specify will be registered as having been stock-checked for the selected Zone.
The Containers tab shows you the containers that have been stock-checked so far for the selected Zone. If you are resuming the stock check for a Zone the containers that have been stock-checked previously will be displayed here.
