Both outgoing and incoming shipments are managed via the Shipping function. There are 2 types of outbound shipments, these are:
Intersite: Shipping waste to another site managed using IMEC Waste. An intersite shipment can be received at the destination and the waste can be tracked using the original labels, i.e. no need to print new labels.
3rd Party: Shipping waste to an external company. The tracking ends once the waste is dispatched, but you can record a manifest return to update the quantities, treatment codes, etc.
Shipment Templates can be created to save time when creating shipments.
The Plan Shipment feature allows you to view your inventory and select containers, with the total weight and number of containers selected monitored to ensure you keep within the weight limit for the vehicle type.
