Combine Containers / Bulk-Up (Mobile App)
The Combine Containers function is used to transfer all the waste from source container(s) into a target container. In other words, it is used to bulk-up the waste in multiple containers into the one container.
You can specify the source container(s) you wish to transfer-from by three methods, Batch, Container or Zone.
By Batch and Zone operate in a similar fashion. You select the desired Batch/Zone and the containers for the selected Batch/Zone are retrieved and displayed on the Source tab where they are grouped by their Waste Profile. You are required to select which of these containers are to be combined into the target container by tapping on the slider. There is a slider at three different levels. Level 1 = Select all containers. Level 2 = Select all containers for a Waste Profile. Level 3 = Select specific containers.
By Container requires you to specify the Container ID of each of the source container(s) you want to combine into the target container. Each container specified will be displayed on the Source tab. Unlike by Batch and by Zone the containers are automatically selected to be combined.
You are required to specify the Target Container you wish to transfer the waste in the source container(s) into.
The Target tab shows you the current contents of the Target Container.
You click on Done to perform the operation.
