Each vehicle used for Deliveries and Collections must be set up within the system.
The following information is entered when creating new vehicles:
Vehicle ID *: The unique id for this Vehicle. This is normally the vehicle registration/license number. It is recommended that this value is barcoded to make it easier for the person loading/unloading the Vehicle to select it.
Vehicle Description *: Description of this vehicle.
Vehicle Type *: The type of vehicle. Select from the list or type new value.
Department *: The department associated with this vehicle.
Drum Equivelant Capacity: The Drum Equivelant capacity of this vehicle.
