The following information is required when creating a business card:

Business Description: The description for this business. If you have multiple business cards for the same company, then it is recommended the business description includes the facility name. The business description is what appears on lists when picking customers, transporters, disposers etc.

Company Name: The company this business is linked to. Select from a drop-down list of previously entered company names, or type in a new one.

Address: The address for this facility.

You can specify the Registration Number, Registration Type and Registration Expiry associated with this facility. The Registration Number is what will appear on reports/documents related to the facility, e.g. Manifest.

Select the Business Type and Allowed Waste for this business.
